Gherkin was a surrender from family. He is a few years old. Gherkin's tank has a lizard skeleton decoration that we call his "wife" and a skeleton man that we call his "butler." His terrarium gets rearranged and decorated for holidays and we like to think he enjoys new decor every once in awhile. He loves his salads topped with worms, bugs, and roaches. He is not a big fan of being handled and prefers to show off how fast he can run.
